The leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Rent includes Wi-Fi Internet, cable TV, and curbside trash for your convenience. You also have full access to our amazing amenities and modern apartment features, including furniture packages, washer and dryer, and sleek, updated kitchens.

An individual housing contract is a per-bed agreement. You sign a housing contract for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time. You also have the option to sign a traditional lease, so you can choose whichever works for you.
If you’re looking for a roommate, fill out our roommate-matching questionnaire online when you sign your lease. We will use that information to match you and your future roommate. If you already have a roommate selected, we can help sort out the details with that too!
Each unit comes with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Yes, we have maintenance available during office hours and a 24-hour emergency maintenance service.

You’re welcome to pay by check or money order at the leasing office during business hours, or you can pay online!
Monthly installments are due on the first (1st) day of each month. Late fees begin on the fourth (4th) day of the month.
